What a wonderful Halloween we had this year!
Tricia and I realized a few weeks ago that we had both picked out Dalmatian puppy costumes for Jack and Riley. It then seemed only fitting to ask Lexi if she wanted to be Cruella Deville. She happily accepted!! Tricia already had the wig for Lexi to borrow and I made her the "fur" coat. They all looked adorable!

Our baby skeleton, not loving this Halloween scene!
The best part about Mason's costume was that it glowed in the dark!!
These three are just too cute for words!!!
Our nephew, Caden was the cutest lion you have ever seen but I did not get a picture of him. I will get one that Tricia took to post at a later time.

Lexi is just crazy about her new little brother. She is always wanting to help take care of him and just loves holding him, even if it is only for a few moments!

Two of my cousins stopped by to visit Mr. Mason last week. Joanna stopped over and got tons of cuddle time! Mason loved her instantly!!

My cousin Lindsey stopped by with her little one, Broden. Brody also looked like such a peanut until you put him next to Mason. I hope they become great friends a.k.a. "partners in crime"!!
He really wasn't sure about my camera in his face! I love his expression!!

We took the kids pumpkin picking a few weekends ago. It was perfect weather for the occasion and the kids had a blast!!
It is hard to tell but that is Mason that I am carrying in my Moby Wrap. He was all curled up and cozy! He slept the entire time we were out at the pumpkin farm.

On the hayride.

A few new babies have entered the world in the last few months. Here are two of the cutest little men to date!! :)
My cousin, Lindsay, gave birth to a little boy named Broden Thomas in July. I took the kids to her house once she was home and settled-in. These are photos of the the kids with little Brody when he was a few weeks old.

The next handsome man is our nephew, Caden John Halyburton. He was born just 6 weeks ago! Lexi and I went to the hospital to visit him when he was just a few hours old.

Lexi and Riley holding Riley's new little borther.

And a third new baby should be arriving a the next three-four weeks!!! Stay tuned....

When my daughter was born, I always tried to live in the moment with her. Enjoying every little moment we had with her. I guess I just got so wrapped up in all the moments that I didn't realize how big she had gotten over the last five years! This made me very unprepared for the moment I watched Alexis walk into school the morning of her first day of Kindergarten. She looked so grown up and was so excited to be there that she didn't even notice me smiling through my tears!! Our little girl is growing up...so quickly and there is nothing I can do but try to keep up with her and all of her new moments!
Enjoy these photos of her first day of school...
...and don't be ashamed if you need a kleenex break half way through! I know I did!!

Jackson was a bit upset this morning for two reasons: He really wanted a ride on the bus and he was going to miss Lexi at home.
Do they do these things on purpose to make me cry?!?
Lexi found her friend Bob, who she spent two years of preschool with. They are in different classes but they do see each other occasionally at lunch and on the playground.
